KESS (කෙස්), meaning "hair" in Sinhala, started with a simple observation: service professionals were spending too much time managing appointments and not enough time doing what they love - serving their clients.
We saw solo practitioners - hair stylists, massage therapists, personal trainers - struggling with expensive, complicated booking systems designed for large enterprises. We saw small business owners paying for features they'd never use. We knew there had to be a better way.
So we built KESS: simple booking and appointment-management software for independent practitioners, small teams, and multi-location businesses.
